Pastor Jean Nixon Rebecca got saved at the age of 9. His plan, after becoming an Accountant, was to pursue his education to be an Economist and a Lawyer.  While he was a student at the University of Law and Economics Sciences, he heard the call of God to go to Dolney; a small village in Haiti where making a living was and still is very hard. After a long fight with the Lord, he went to Bible School and answered the call.  He planted a church in that village in 1987 (Assemblée de Dieu de Dolney).  This church is still growing today with the leadership that he helped establish when he was there.

In 1999, he planted Haitian Assembly of God of Brockton, MA where he still serves as the Senior Pastor.

In 2005, he was elected Secretary of the newly established Haitian-American Fellowship of the Assemblies of God. Recently, in May 2017, he was re-elected President of the Fellowship.

In 2009, Pastor Jean Nixon and his wife founded Dolney Compassionate Center Inc., a non-profit organization that provides basic humanitarian assistance to impoverished people.

Pastor Jean Nixon has been married to Magalie for 28 years. They have one son, Ricardo.

His sole desire is to bring forth the Kingdom of God, raise leaders and train people for service.
